The gap analysis study report 'Identification of Gap between Laws/Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia and the United Nations Convention against Corruption' was published by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) of Indonesia in November 2006.

Indonesia has ratified the UNCAC and seeks to comply with the provisions set by the convention as soon as possible. To achieve compliance the KPK initiated a study on the gaps between the standards set by the UNCAC and the current Indonesian legislation and institutional framework. This study is meant as a first step towards effective implementation.
