Central Authority for Mutual Legal Assistance in United Kingdom
The UK Central Authority for Mutual Legal Assistance (UKCA) is the Central Authority for assistance in England and Wales.
It is responsible for processing requests to and from other countires for evidence in criminal investigations. The UKCA is also responsible for the negotiation and implementation of treaties and other international agreements in the field of mutual legal assistance.
