The Prevention of Organised Crime Amendment Act (Act No. 24 of 1999) of South Africa was adopted and commenced on 28 April 1999.
This Act amends the Prevention of Organised Crime Act, 1998, so as to effect certain textual improvements and to further regulate the Criminal Assets Recovery Account.
