Treaty between Thailand and India on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, 2004

The Treaty between the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand and the Government of the Republic of India on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters was adopted at Phuket, Thailand on 8 February 2004.

According to Art. 1, the Contracting States agree, in accordance with the provisions of this Treaty, to porvide each other the widest measure of mutual legal assistance in connection with investigations, prosecutions and other proceedings relating to criminal matters, irrespectively  of whether the assistance is sought or to be provided by a court or some other authority.
