The Civil Asset Recovery (International Co-operation) (Jersey) Law 2007 was adopted by the States on 22 November 2007 and registered by the Royal Court on 21 December 2007.
This Law enables Jersey to co-operate with other countries in external civil asset recovery proceedings and investigations.
