This provision arising from the law on international mutual legal assistance in criminal matters of 11 April 1995 contains the procedural norms concerning the independent execution and direct delivery of documents on the basis of article 64 paragraph 2 and article 100 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the mutual legal assistance law of 11 November 1992. The mutual legal assistance law of 11 November 1992 has been replaced by the law on international mutual legal assistance in criminal matters of 15 September 2000.
