The Treaty between the Government of the United States of America and the Principality of Liechtenstein on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters was signed in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, on 8 July 2002.

According to article 1, the parties shall provide mutual assistance to each other, in accordance with the provisions of the treaty, in connection with the investigation and prosecution of offenses and in relation to forfeiture proceedings.
