Treaty on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters between Brazil and the Republic of Korea, 2002

The Drecree Nr 5721 of 13 March 2006 promulgates the agreement between Brazil and the Republic of Korea on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, celebrated in Brasilia on 13 December 2002.

According to Art. 1 the Parties shall afford to each other the possible measure of mutual assistance in investigations or court proceedings.
