Financial Services Agency (FSA)

The Financial Services Agency (FSA) is a Japanese government organization established in June 1998.

The FSA is responsible for overseeing banking, securities and exchange, and insurance in order to ensure the stability of the financial system of Japan. It reports to the Minister of Financial Services.
