Supreme People's Procuratorate

This is the state organ for legal supervision of China. This organ suppresses all treason, or any other counterrevolutionary activities, and prosecutes those guilty of such crimes. Their purpose is to safeguard the unity of the country, maintain public order, protect socialist property, and to protect citizens rights. The procurator-General of the Supreme peoples Procurate is Han Zhubin.
