The Agreement on Information Exchange and Establishment of Communication Procedures was signed at Putrajaya, Malaysia, on 7 May 2002 among the governments of the Republic of the Philippines, the Republic of Indonesia and Malaysia.

The objective of the agreement is to provide the framework for cooperation in the exchange of information and the establishment of communication procedures. The Parties to the Agreement shall undertake to cooperate among themselves in preventing the utilization by anyone of their land-air-sea territories for the purpose of committing or furthering any or ail of the money-laundering activities, among others.
