The Law No. 9752 on Financial Supervisory Authority of Albania was adopten on 3 July 2006.
The scope of this law is the establishment of the Albanian Financial Supervisory Authority, as the sole competent body for the licensing of the non-banking financial market operators as well as for the supervision of the activity in this market.
