Attorney General

The Attorney General's Chambers is the:

• Central authority for prosecution of crime directly reporting to the President;
  
• Supervision of law enforcement;
  
• Authorization of arrests, searches, seizures and freezing of assets according to the Law on State Attorney Office;
  
• Central MLA authority for inquiry and detective matters, in which state attorney office issues its authorization within its competence.
