Law No. 7.492, 1986 (Crimes against the Financial System)

The financial institutions are considerade of public interest. On 16 June 1986, this law was created in order to prevent crimes against Financial Entities.
It contains sanctions to punish the financial institution, the Director or any customers if they have participated in those crimes described in this Law.
