Namibian Police Force
The Namibian Police Force will investigate cases of money laundering, asset forfeiture and organised crime.
They will work closely with the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) which is empowered to investigate cases of corruption, and will assist in the seizing of assets.
Namibia is a member of the Southern African Regional Police Chiefs Cooperation Organisation (SARPCCO). SARPCCO facilitates the co-ordination of crime prevention measures within the subregion, in particular, transnational crime.
