Criminal Law Convention on Corruption, 1999

The Criminal Law Convention on Corruption was adopted at Strasbourg on 27 January 1999 by the Member States of the Council of Europe and the other States signatory hetero.

The Convention especially contents regulations on how the State Parties have to criminalize corruption in their domestic law and also on how the international assistance to fight against corruption should work between the member states of the Council of Europe.
