The Protocol on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters between Argentine Republic, Federative Republic of Brazil, Republic of Paraguay and Eastern Republic of Uruguay was adopted at San Luis, Argentine Republic, on 25 June 1996.
According to Art. 1 of the Protocol, the State Parties shall, in accordance with this Protocol, provide each other mutual legal assistance in criminal matters.
