The Criminal Procedure Act (Act No. 25 of 2004) of Namibia was signed by the President on 9 December 2004 and published in the Government Gazette on 24 December 2004. (Date of Commencement: Not yet in operation. Act No. 51 of 1977 is still applicable.)
The aim of the Act is to make provision for procedures and related matters in criminal proceedings.
