This video clip is from the workshop on "Implementing the Asset Recovery Provisions of the United Nations Convention against Corruption", hosted by the International Centre for Asset Recovery of the Basel Institute on Governance, in cooperation with the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) on 15-16 May 2007 in Basel, Switzerland. It was attended by 25 specialists in the area of asset recovery from around the world, and 30 observers.
