Law on Professional Due Diligence in Financial Transactions (Due Diligence Act, DDA), SR 952.1, 2004

The Law on Professional Due Diligence in Financial Transactions (Due Diligence Act, DDA) of 26 November 2004 regulates and ensures diligence in the professional exercise of financial business and serves to combat money laundering, organised crime and the financing of terrorist activities in terms of the criminal code.
