1. Domestic Legislation
Criminal Justice Acts of 1990, 1991 and 2001, and the Drug Trafficking Act 1996.
These will be amended by the new legislation for 2008, which will deal with proceeds of crime. The Island's new Financial Services Act 2008 will also come into force.
