The UNODC's Mutual Legal Assistance Request Writer Tool is a software that assists asset recovery practitioners in writing MLA requests. It interactively guides you through the steps necessary for setting up a MLA request and helps in collecting the information needed to
- facilitate affirmative decision and execution of the request, and
- avoid legal pitfalls and obstacles in both the originating and destination state of the request when different legal systems cooperate.
